Join us for a weekend retreat in the beautiful Norwegian Forest

Nourished Practice

A sanctuary for calm,
nourishment, and presence

This weekend, we invite you to slow down, soften your shoulders, and turn your attention inward - to your body, your breath, and what brings you a sense of calm and nourishment. Through yoga, stillness, nature, heartfelt sharing and nourishing meals, we create space for to land, listen, and restore.

The yoga sessions focus on intuitive movement - moving in ways that feel good. You’ll also be invited into moments of reflection, sharing circles, and meditation. The program includes dedicated time for yourself - where you can follow your own flow and do what feels right for you. This is time where you can rest, go for a sauna session, walks in nature, play, form new connections, or simply have time for yourself.

Everything we offer - on and off the mat - is an invitation. This weekend is an opportunity to practice listening inward and find what truly nourishes you, so you can meet the summer with softness, grounding, and presence. A weekend for nourishment - where you get to follow your intuition.

THE SPACE

Telemark Yoga

Telemark Yoga is a quiet retreat farm in Siljudalen, Telemark, where nature, stillness, and community meet. Built on a historic family farm, the place is designed for people in search of a calm retreat, with mountains and forest as your everyday backdrop.

At the heart of the venue is Yogalåven, a beautifully converted barn where we practice, breathe, and gather in a calm, dedicated space. You stay on-site in the barn itself, with simple, cozy rooms and warm communal areas that make it easy to both connect and find moments of solitude.

Highlights

  • Dedicated barn shala (Yogalåven) for yoga, meditation, and guided sessions

  • On-site accommodation for up to 14 guests, 10 single rooms + 2 double rooms

Shared modern facilities in the barn (toilets, showers), plus open kitchen and common areas

  • Sauna beautifully located next to a mountain-stream.

  • Nourishing meals, served and shared around the table

  • Easy arrival from Oslo (about 1h 45m), with parking right by the barn. Accessible by bus.
