A space for you to explore your practice

There are moments in life when we need space to listen - to ourselves, our body and our mind - to recieve what’s quietly asking for attention.

This is what these 1:1 sessions are for: a grounded space to explore your practice, with support.

Rooted in yoga asana (physical postures), meditation and philosophy our work together weaves movement, reflection, and conversation to help you reconnect with yourself and create a personal practice that supports your everyday life.

This is for you if you’re longing to:

– reconnect with your practice (or begin one) that feels authentic and sustainable

– find routines that support your energy, not drain it

– explore what presence, balance, or meaning looks like for you right now

– have a space to reflect, be seen, and gently guided in your process

Our time together may include:

– personal yoga sequences or meditations designed for your needs

– reflective journaling and conversation

– small, everyday practices to anchor your awareness

– guidance on how to find rhythm, rest, and integration

You don’t need to have a perfect routine or a clear goal - just a willingness to explore, and show up. Together, we’ll create a practice that meets you where you are.
