KENYA RETREAT

15.-20. Nov 2026

A PRACTICE OF BEING

A Practice of Being create spaces for exploration and connection. It was born from the belief that life itself is a practice: not something to perfect, but something to inhabit with curiosity, compassion and awareness.

Our upcoming retreat in Kenya is a living expression of that vision. A physical space where practice meets life, and where you get to meet yourself and others in practice.

At the beautiful and intimate boutique hotel Kaya Imani, we’ll create a simple container for what most of us are missing: time to arrive and space to breathe - with embodied practices that translate into real life.

You will move, rest, listen and reconnect, with enough structure to feel held and enough freedom to feel like yourself again
